Please note that personalised or custom-made items are made specifically to your order.

• These items cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged, unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

• It is your responsibility to ensure all personalisation details (e.g., names, dates, spellings) are entered correctly at checkout.

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and issue refunds for non-personalised items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

• Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please email hitchedbyhan@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• We currently ship from Hampshire, United Kingdom.

• Orders are processed within the stated timeframes on each product listing.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services

• Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details (if applicable).
